  • Roasted Chicken is my specialities .....grilled or baked ...is fun doing it alot of time....
  • Pizza time.........10minute! Fusion pizza maybe a good idea of choice.


  • Fine dining is a must......... to create fine dining come with an art and color, putting more effort reading more book or searching thru internet...sometime is needed for extra knowledge.






This is my top signature dishes ...Beef Rolls Ramsey with Vegetable Salsa.....
